When I first felt God calling me into speaking and writing, I asked Him a simple question:
"Lord, how will You provide for this mission?"
I never imagined His answer would be photography.
Sowing Seeds Photography was born from a desire to build something that does more than capture beautiful images. My prayer was to create a business that would sow into God's Kingdom in every way possible.
It sows into our family's mission of encouraging people to boldly follow God's lead through speaking, writing, and ministry.
It sows into other families by preserving the stories God is writing in their lives—because every season, whether joyful, messy, full of waiting, or overflowing with answered prayers, is worth remembering.
It sows into single mothers, a cause close to my heart. Ten percent of every session is set aside to help support a single mom in need.
And before every session, I pray for the family I'll be photographing. Not because I have all the answers, but because I believe God cares deeply about every home, every marriage, every child, and every story.
My approach to photography is simple.
No forced smiles.
No pressure to be perfect.
No pretending.
Just authentic moments, genuine connection, and the beautiful everyday memories that become tomorrow's treasures.
Children grow faster than we realize. Seasons change before we're ready. And years from now, I hope these photographs remind your family not only of what life looked like—but of God's faithfulness through it all.
